Who can join?
Anyone 16 or over with your join code. They download Theorise (version 1.1 or later), sign up, tap "Have an invite code?" and enter your code.
What do we see about our learners?
How many people have joined and when. Never their names, e-mail addresses, answers or scores.
How do places work?
You buy a number of places for a year. Each learner who joins takes one. When every place is taken, new learners can join once you add places.
Can we add places later?
Yes, at any time on your Manage page. You pay for the rest of the year, and the new places are ready as soon as the payment goes through. You can also choose fewer places for your next year.
What happens at the end of the year?
Your licence renews each year. You can change your places or cancel on your Manage page. If a licence ends, learners move to the free plan and keep all their progress.
Can we get a refund?
Yes: a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment. After that, a cancelled licence runs to the end of the year you paid for.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes, from 101 places, and always for more than 500. We check each invoice request by hand before we send the invoice.
Is it financial advice?
No. Theorise is education: it teaches how money works, and never tells anyone what to buy.
