Delete your account.
You can delete your Theorise account at any time. It deletes what your account holds — a few records stay with no name attached — and it cannot be undone.

Test environment (staging)Your account is deleted.
Your account and the data tied to it are deleted, and this page has signed out. A few records stay with no name attached (see What stays below). Thank you for training with Theorise.
Signed in with Apple? One more step: deleting here does not disconnect Sign in with Apple. On an iPhone, open Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple, and remove Theorise.
Signed in with Apple? Deleting in the iPhone app also disconnects Sign in with Apple. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, enter the relay address Apple made for Theorise (on an iPhone: Settings → your name → Sign-In & Security → Sign in with Apple → Theorise), or delete in the iPhone app instead.
In the app
- 1Open Theorise and sign in.
- 2Go to Me → Settings.
- 3At the bottom, tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and what it holds are deleted straight away.

- your sign-in account
- your saved progress and streak
- your leaderboard place, your friends, friend code, friend requests and invite rewards
- what friends see about you in their Inbox, and your own Inbox
- your notification tokens
- the questions you flagged and the feedback you sent while signed in
- the records of how you used the app
What stays
A few records stay, no longer pointing to you: coach requests until their 90 days are up, the record that you used someone's invite code (so their invite limits stay right), reports you made (without your note) and store purchase records. A note that the account was deleted is kept for 8 days, and a one-way scrambled form of your account id is kept, so an old sign-in or a later store renewal cannot bring the account back. We ask Mixpanel and RevenueCat to delete their copies. On an iPhone, Airbridge's records of when the app was installed and opened are tied to the phone, not the account, and are not deleted. Settings saved on your phone itself, such as theme, sound and your reminder time, stay on that phone.
